Cozy Up

Photobucket

Spent my day out in hubby dearie's cozy sweater. I wore it with Zara's peplum skirt and belt, H&M scarf, vintage clutch, necklace and heels bought from Vietnam.

Our Wedding Featured on Wedding Guide Asia!

I'm so thrilled to share that Wedding Guide Asia is featuring our wedding on their website! I actually hadn't looked at our wedding photos in quite some time and when I had to choose a few to send over to the lovely WGA editor, it gave me a chance to get all nostalgic and remember how wonderful our day really was... Looking through the images, I started remember the excitement, the nervousness, the giddiness, the laughter... and the love... lots and lots of love. It was such a beautiful day and one of my favourites forever...

Hope you'll hop over to their website and check out their post about our wedding as well as my interview! A heartfelt thank you to Mabel, of WGA, for her most kind words, I am both honoured and tickled! Click **Here** to see the feature.

Oh Audrey!

We went to Cameron Highland (yes, agaaaaain!) last weekend and this time we stayed at The Lake House. I love staying in a different arrondissement every time I’m here.  It’s probably one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed, which isn’t all that surprising – our weekend there was all about simple, leisurely pleasures. We drove around, prowled a local flea market, and whiled away uncountable hours sipping tea and nibbling at scones at one cafe after another.

I felt very Audrey Hepburn. Hehe, you know.

Green With Envy

Our second reception for the groom's side was held last two weeks, so I thought I'd share some of my favourite details with you...

Sneakery Peekery

The theme was all about green, leisurely pleasures with a touch of glam sprinkled in between, of course!

Cameron Highland

We had a very short honeymoon trip last week to Cameron Highland. Okay well, no, not really, it’s actually a work trip for our next event, our second reception to be precise. We went there a year ago and had such a good time that we were pretty much looking for any excuse to go back.  So when Zul asked if we would go there for plants sourcing I didn’t hesitate.  We’d been wanted to get out since the wedding anyway. Oh by the way, we decided to have more greenery as our concept this time. The result was so good and I just really love it! I'll be sure to post the photos in a couple of weeks - I'm extra excited about this one!.

More on the reception later. So anyway, we ended up staying at The Smokehouse, which is obviously our favourite place so far. We had an amazing time, great teas and lots of laughs. We always have so much fun there.

Zul was too busy exploring with his camera (as always) and kept pointing out how much bluer the sky is in the morning and how much prettier it is than in the afternoon, when the sun is high and so bright that it takes the colour out of things while I gripped my tea and enjoyed the scones and had to agree. Hahaha.

And this time we manage to visit the BOH Tea Plantation. Oh well. The place is so cliché, I know! So there's not so much photos for this but just some beautiful scenery and an old mountain home.

The Solemnization

Oh, lovelies, well today, I have our solemnization film with a lot of heart sent by the really amazing True Moment. I went through the whole gamut of emotions while I watched this most memorable moment in my life, but the part that got me the most when my dad shook Zul’s hand and exchanged phrases during the akad that I couldn’t help but tear up a little. There is so, so palpable joy about it. Something that makes me want to watch it over and over again. And I hope it will be something that make you smile too from the very beginning to the the very end, and then will make you press play just once (or twice) more. Hehe.

Lucite & Reflection

So for the hantarans, all about simple and beautiful touches. Little details so pretty and perfect, just like the whole theme of the wedding.

We wanted to create something a bit different for both hantarans. Modern and clean but of course it would have a soft feel through flowers (we’re talking fluffy hydrangeas, roses and phalaenopsis) and super chic details of crystals and pearls.
